What to include

For a bug, mention the tool you used (for example Merge PDF or Word to PDF), the browser and device, and what you expected to happen. Do not attach confidential documents unless you are prepared to send them by email; we do not need the file itself if a description of the error is enough. For partnership or press questions, say so in the subject line so the message is easy to find.
