Convert Excel or CSV to PDF
Turn a spreadsheet into a printable PDF when you need a snapshot of rows, not a live workbook.
How to convert Excel to PDF
Portals often want a PDF of a budget, not an editable workbook. This tool reads spreadsheet cells and draws a table. Formulas become the calculated values that were stored in the file.
CSV is included for simple exports from other systems. Multiple sheets in a workbook may not all appear the way Excel’s “entire workbook” print does; check the output.
Conversion is local. Huge workbooks can stall a phone tab. Filter the sheet in Excel first if you only need one department’s rows.
- Open Excel to PDF and add an .xlsx, .xls, or .csv file.
- Click Convert to PDF. The sheet is read in the browser and laid out as a table in a PDF.
- Download and check column widths. Very wide sheets may wrap or shrink.
- For a pixel-perfect print area from Excel, use Excel’s export, then compress or protect here if needed.
Spreadsheet to PDF
Charts as floating objects may not match Excel. If a chart is the point of the file, export PDF from Excel.

Privacy for spreadsheets
Hidden sheets and very hidden sheets can still live in an xlsx. Assume they might be parsed. Remove secrets before converting.

Frequently asked questions
The converter uses stored values in the file. It is not a full Excel calculation engine.
Prepare a workbook with only that sheet, or copy the range to a new file, then convert.
PDF page width is limited. Hide unused columns in Excel or print landscape from Excel for wide tables.
