Guide
Turn PDF pages into a PowerPoint deck
Each PDF page becomes a slide image in a PPTX, useful when you need to present a document, not edit its text.
How to convert PDF to PowerPoint
This path is for presenting a report as slides. Because pages are images, fonts cannot go missing, but you also cannot edit a sentence without covering it.
Long PDFs become long decks. A 40-page paper is 40 slides. Split first if you only need figures.
Rendering uses PDF.js in the browser. No conversion server stores the file.
- Open PDF to PowerPoint and add the PDF.
- Click Convert to PowerPoint. Each page is rendered to an image and placed on a slide.
- Download the PPTX and open it in PowerPoint. You can reorder slides; you cannot click into the original PDF text.
- If you need editable bullets, convert to Word instead, then paste into a new deck.
PDF to PPTX
To annotate, add a text box in PowerPoint on top of the image slide.
- One slide per PDF page, as an image.
- Preserves look; does not create editable text boxes from the PDF.
- Useful for presenting scans and designed pages.
- Heavy on memory for long documents.
- Local only.
Privacy for PDF to PowerPoint
Pages are rasterized locally. The PPTX you download contains those pictures.

Frequently asked questions
Not from this conversion. Slides are pictures of pages.
They follow the renderer’s page bitmap. Zooming far in will pixelate, like any screenshot of a page.
PDFs rarely have PowerPoint-style animations. You get still slides.
